I watched every advertisement I could find and came to the conclusion that it looks too unnapealing for me to sit through even a half hour of it.The characters are so dead. They look like corpses strung up on marionette strings.
THis summer looks to be an abysmal one for animation.
Also, what do you think about the unnecessarily flashy "NEW" Disney logo?
Why couldn't they leave well enough alone? I liked the simple white castle on bue graphic backround, I don't need to see an entire Gustaf Tenggrenn watercolor painting come to life before every movie. Sigh. The Irony is that the flashy new logo will probably precede the same drek that's been churned out in recent years, with no change, There's your innovation.
oh, I forgot, I like this picture. I don't know why but elderly people in hip hop clothing make me laugh and cringe a little at the same time. This could be eminem in 20 years. You should have told him to wear his hat backwards and start sportin' a do-rag.
Hey Andrew, I think you might be getting too critical in your old age. I agree the Monster House people look lifeless, but they do look better than Polar Express. So maybe it's a slow step in the right direction. Either way, I'll probably wait for the video. As for the Disney logo, I haven't seen it, but I've heard nothing but good about it so far. And maybe it was time to do something beyond the Pixar and Chicken little updates, with all the company leadership changes anyway. Just a thought. I don't think it's been an abysmal year for animation. Quality can be debated, but overall they are making big $$. Which is good for all of us. Oh, and feel free to dress as this guy for halloween. "Old, fat hip-hop guys are all the rage now. And see? he's already got the candy bags ready to go! -Talk to you later

My two cents.
