I saw this lady at 9 am out on her front walk. I'm guessing she woke up, threw on the robe and said to herself, "No breakfast for me, I gotta whack those weeds!"
So I see this guy on the sidewalk and he's doing a little dance for some female Del Taco employees he happened upon. Then he stops, waves, and keeps walking. About twenty feet down the sidewalk, he passes another lady going the opposite way and does a dance for her. She pretended to ignore him, but started laughing to herself when she was far enough away.
I liked the little composition this family made while waiting for the light to change. I usually wouldn't try to remember four people, but the light lasted about a minute so I had some extra time to take the "snapshot" in my head.
When I saw this guy I actually thought it was Al Sharpton. Then I realized he was probably too thin...and that he was pulling a shopping cart full of junk.
She was really into whatever it was she was talking about. By the looks on the faces of everyone else at the bus stop, she was the only one who interested as well.
This would be my first sketch from my commute from work. This little number was spotted at the Target in Eagle Rock at, where else, but the jewelry counter.
