This dude was pushing a cart across the middle of the street I was driving down. I stopped to let him pass so I could get a better look at him. I'll probably do a color version since he had on a bright blue superman t-shirt and all sorts of colorful bands in his hair, but here's this version for now.

-Spotted this guy on the shoulder of the 2 fwy yesterday.
I scribbled this down when I got in yesterday and decided to post him as is. I have a bunch more I trying to finish off. I'll try to get them all done and post them soon.
